You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the service only for lawful business documents. You remain responsible for reviewing every receipt before sending or relying on it.

You retain ownership of information and documents you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content to operate the service.

Do not use Paperkit for fraud, deceptive records, unlawful transactions, malware, unauthorized access or activity that interferes with other users or the service.

Paid checkout is not currently active. Before accepting payment, Paperkit will show the price, billing period, renewal terms and applicable refund terms. A merchant-of-record provider may process future purchases.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Paperkit is a document tool, not legal, tax or accounting advice. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the prior 12 months.

We may suspend access for misuse, security risk or violation of these terms. We may update these terms and will post the effective date when changes are made.
