Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Paperkit collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Information we collect

We collect account details you provide, such as your name and email address, plus business details, customers and receipts you choose to save. Unsaved drafts may remain in your browser on your device.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate your account, generate and store documents, restore your history, provide support, secure the service and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and service providers

Account authentication and saved records are currently processed through Supabase. Essential browser storage keeps your session and local drafts. Future payment providers will receive only the information necessary to process a transaction.

Cookies and analytics

Paperkit uses necessary browser storage for account sessions, local drafts and privacy choices. Google Analytics is activated only after you select Accept analytics. It helps us understand page visits and product actions. You may choose Necessary only and continue using the service without analytics tracking.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with infrastructure providers working on our behalf, when required by law, or with your direction. Records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, support and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may correct saved information from your account and request access to or deletion of personal data by email. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

Children and changes

Paperkit is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy as the service develops and will post the revised date on this page.
